Question How can I track my order?

Answer  Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a link to track the order on the carrier's website. By clicking the link, you will be able to check the status of your order once it's in transit. Note: It may take 24-48 hours for your tracking information to reflect details on the UPS, FedEx, or USPS sites.

Question What payment methods can I use to pay?

Answer  timelessbeauty.com accepts most major credit and debit cards; VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover. You can also choose to pay using PayPal. All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Question How do I pay using PayPal?

Answer If you to choose to pay by PayPal, you can select PayPal at checkout page. You will then be directed to PayPal, where you will login in to your PayPal account and complete the order.

Question What happens if I cancel my order?

Answer If you haven’t submitted an order, you can clear the items in your shopping basket at any time by clicking the ‘Remove’ button next to the product you do not wish to purchase in your shopping basket. If you have placed an order but then wish to change or cancel it, please contact us as soon as you can, as orders move rapidly through to our warehouse. We will try our best to make any changes, but we cannot make any guarantees, as the order may already have been processed. In such cases, you may have to wait until you receive the order and then follow the normal Returns procedures. You will find more information about this in our Help Centre.

Question Can I exchange my order?

Answer Unfortunately, we are unable to change the delivery address once you placed your order. But you may contact us to check if the order is not dispatched till that time so we can assist you with it as possible.

Orders shipping typically take between 7 - 14 business days to processed and shipped. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.

From time to time, we have epic sales. When that happens, we work nights and weekends to get all orders out quickly., but we could still end up a couple of days behind. So it could take another 1-2 business days in addition to our regular shipping schedule. But we will do our very best to get your orders to you as fast as humanly possible.
